Fresh seafood and premium cuts are displayed proudly before being grilled over glowing charcoal fires, creating an interactive experience that elevates the traditional buffet.
Seafood lovers are especially rewarded with highlights such as Slipper Lobsters, River Prawns, Prawns, Squids and Scallops, all thoughtfully sourced from MSC- and ASC‑certified suppliers, reinforcing the hotel’s commitment to responsible dining without compromising indulgence. Complementing the seafood selection are hearty cuts of meat and poultry, finished with smoky char that enhances every bite.
